Road Trips with my husband are the best - Happenings

Troy and I made a full circle of the NW. we made it to Seatle to visit some friends, then to Eugene, OR, then to Newport and left from Portland, OR. It was a great trip full of friends, and family. Check out the photos for more on the trip

Still lovin' Fargo!!! - Happenings

Well, it was a great sprig and now a nice summer is in store. In March we got to help our nephew Logan celebrate his 1st birthday and we get to help Greyson celebrate his 1st birthday in July. We are so grateful to be able to see the two little ones grow up and be a part of it. (We enjoy spending time with the proud parents too:) We hosted Easter here with my side of the family and is was a beautiful day. I finished my 1st full year at preschool and truly enjoyed it. The kids and families were wonderful, I am looking forward to next year already. Troy successfully completed his 1st marathon on May 22. His family came down to watch and enjoy the event too. Wendy (sister-in-law) completed her 1st half marathon also. We went camping this past weekend and got in some hiking and swimming. In June we are going to Duluth to camp and I will run Grandma's marathon. In July we have a road trip to Oregon's coast for a family reunion. Hope everyone is doing well. Check out the new photos.

White Christmas - Happenings

Due to the Midwest blizzard, Troy and i stayed in Fargo and celebrated Christmas together in our home. We were able to attend church Christmas Eve and then visit jake and Heather for some yahtzee and Whoonu. Christmas Day we made Lefse, rommegrot, lutefisk and Oysters. Saturday morning we spent a couple hours digging ourselves out. Enjoy the pics on our photo page

I cannot believe it is already 5 days til christmas. We truly have had a year of change. we are so happy to be back here in Fargo negative temps and all. we are looking forward to celebrating Christmas with both families this year.

My nephew Logan, mom, Kelly and Chad visited this weekend. We started the christmas shopping. Logan was sporting his new viking hat and i had a new hair do, courtesy of volunteering to do a hair show. Troy is up deer hunting with his family this weekend. It was a great weekend weather wise.

Not sure where to start, but I am really liking being back in Fargo and seeing family and friends more often. We have kept busy doing home projects and hanging out with the two nephews. Preschool is going well the kids are alot of fun and keep me on my toes. I am still enjoying running, and even been brave enough to go out in the low temps and rain/snow. Have a good Fall

Troy and i had a great weekend visitng my family in Gary and his brother in ND. I can't say how wonderful it feels to be around family and making lasting memories. i keep thinking we are just on an extended visit to the Mid-west. i am sure by snow fall we will realize we are actually living here:)

We are happy to say we are doing well and ejoying being closer to our families. It is still a little weird that we own a home. i keep thinking that someone is just being nice and letting us stay here for a bit. We have been to the lake once and SD a couple of times. We recently celebrated Jake's b-day with him and had my brother and fiance up for a visit. We have both been doing a little running,biking, frisbee golf and walking. The only hills we get aroound here are going under a bridge or overpass:)enjoy the pics

I haven't posted in a long time, been busy with moving/housework/a LOT of job-type-work/and settling in. I promise this thing will get an overhaul soon, taking down the Fargo countdown... which is counting up right now. And our banner doesn't quite match anymore... other than the mini-palm we have in our dining room . If you want to keep up in the meantime, I'm pretty active on twitter.

wow, time is flying these days - Happenings

Not sure where to start. We had a safe drive back and are moved into our new home. We are mostly unpacked except for picture frames. The first weekend we moved in my family came up and my mom and my sister and I painted the kitchen and dining room. We have both been super busy working, but managed to mow the lawn sunday night. We spent the weekend in Gary, SD for my brother's graduation and my nephews baptism. It is very nice to be back close to family. We had a great weekend and look forward to seeing our families more
