I'm watching it on tv and I somehow doubt I'll be able to pick her out of this river of people. Very exciting.

The elite women are off :: Monday, April 21st 2008
Mandy is set to go in 29 minutes. If anyone cares I'm at the hotel and am going to mile 23 to cheer her on in an hour and a half. It looks to be a perfect day for running.

We arrived at the hotel. :: Sunday, April 20th 2008
Today Mandy woke up early as usual and watched the womans olympic marathon trials. The rest of us slept in. Afterwards we went back downtown to finish the Freedom Trail. We saw "Old Ironsides" and a WWII battleship. Dayton and Tasha went on to Bunker Hill and home, while Mandy and I went to Harvard to visit Jen and her aunt Beth. Well, that over, we reached our hotel... It was a place to put up solders I think at one time... And they haven't upgraded the beds. Tonight Mandy and I will be sleeping on twin beds. Other than that it is a fantastic hotel right downtown. More later.
