Time to Bike :: Sunday, September 23rd 2007
Troy is out of the water and hopping on to his bike as I type this. He apparently has a small cramp, but we are all positive he will be fine once he gets on his bike. Hes doing good.

Swim Time :: Sunday, September 23rd 2007
Troy started his swim at 8am this morning (thats 10am for all you midwesterners). The water was a cool 54°F, but the weather was cooperating. "You couldnt get a more perfect day for running or biking" quoted Mandy. Good luck troy, good luck.

Okay, I realize that I have done these all at least once... but, today we should officially retire these blog no-nos.

1. Best.[blank].Evar.

Past.Its.Prime.
Get.Over.It.
Even the Simpsons comic book guy shudders a little when he reads it.

2. So, I was doing something and... wait for it... this happened.

This only works for one person, the character Barney on How I Met Your Mother.
He has what you need to pull it off... time... a way to actually make you wait.
You do not have this on the internet... unless you use it in a video on YouTube... doing an imitation of Barney.

3. OMG, LOL, IANAL, RTFLOL, etc. in blog posts or forum posts. Seriously, save this for instant messaging. If you are posting on the internet, learn to type all your words out. I know its hard to waste that extra 3 seconds of life, but just do it.
